Stephan Turcios is a Costa Rican entrepreneur passionate about technology, finance, and innovation. He is the founder of Ridivi, the first fintech in Costa Rica to become a direct participant of the Central Bank (SINPE) and a principal member of Mastercard.
Through Ridivi, Stephan leads the development of infrastructure that enables businesses and fintechs to integrate banking services, payments, and card issuance through APIs—bridging the traditional financial system with the new digital economy. The company has built Costa Rica’s stablecoin infrastructure and, in partnership with Mastercard, now empowers businesses to issue crypto cards through Ridivi’s APIs, connecting blockchain technology with the global payments network.
