Thomas McCullen is a pioneer of the U.S. medical cannabis industry, with more than two decades of experience in cultivation, genetics, manufacturing, compliance, and retail operations. He was instrumental in shaping Oregon’s regulated cannabis market, securing some of its first operational licenses and building vertically integrated enterprises from the ground up.
